6:30  Meet in Band Room, load last minute items 7:00 Depart for 7th Street 7:30  Unload  8:00 Warm-up, kids arrive in the cafeteria 8:30 Performance  9:30 Go to classrooms, read to the kids, give out presents. 10:00 Load equipment and buses 11:00 Lunch at Pleasant Ridge12:15 Back at school, unload everything
